Solution:
Perform a clean uninstall of the software
Uninstall all currently installed AutoCAD software through the Windows Control Panel > Program and Features, or by using the Autodesk Uninstall Tool in the Autodesk folder on the start tab.
If AutoCAD is not listed in Program and Feature or Autodesk Uninstall tool, use How to uninstall an Autodesk product using the Microsoft Fix it tool to uninstall AutoCAD.
Remove the following files:
For AutoCAD Version 2019 and before:
C:\ProgramData\FLEXnet\adskflex_########_tsf.data
C:\ProgramData\FLEXnet\adskflex_########_tsf.data.backup
C:\User\username\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\ADUT\
C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\CLM\LGS\
For AutoCAD Version 2020 and later:
Not Required
Delete the AutoCAD program folder:
C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCADXXXX (XXXX = version)
Clean out your TEMP files:
Click Windows Start.
In the Run box type %TEMP% and press Enter
Highlight and delete all files. Ignore any files in use.
Download the installer for AutoCAD again through Browser download and install it again.
